A common concern new or expectant mothers have is not knowing what exercises they should or should not do at various stages of their pregnancy: Can I continue my favourite routines? How will this workout harm my body, or worse my baby? Could it put my pregnancy at risk?

Our pre- and post-natal personal training program will guide you in every step of the way. Your coach will ensure that you are not alone in dealing with these vivid and genuine fitness concerns at every trimester of your pregnancy, through to postpartum recovery.

Your coach will tailor a safe and effective pregnancy fitness plan that works best for you; recommending modifications and adjustments to the movements, intensity and frequency at various points throughout your pregnancy.

We will partner with you to design exercises that help to maintain cardiovascular fitness, reduce excessive weight gain, increase strength and mobility, improve postpartum recovery, and address the risk of preeclampsia (high blood pressure), all while achieving better self-esteem and body image satisfaction.
