How does this online coaching really work?

Initial Assessment & Consultation

MOVEMENT SCREENING

Your coach will send you a video series called “Movement Screening”. These videos are pre-recorded with detailed instructions which teach you how to do it at home.

The videos help us get an understanding of your movement quality so we can select safe exercises and prescribe the right mobility/flexibility drills based on your needs and goals.

Initial questionaire

There will also be some forms such as an Initial Questionnaire, food journal and equipment list so that we can get to know you and have the necessary information about your body and lifestyle.

Virtual call

Once the data are received, the coach will schedule a virtual call with you to explain the overall mechanism of your program.

bi-weekly check-in call

It is important to monitor your progress regularly to ensure that you are on the right track to your goals.

During this 60-minute virtual call, you’ll discuss factors that contribute to your success such as nutrition planning, lifestyle habits, training adjustments and etc.

Our coaches have an agenda for each of these calls to help you add or adjust necessary actions assigned to you in your program

We are very data-driven coaches as you can see by now. We believe in “what gets measured, gets managed”. This is the core of our coaching programs. And when it comes to training, we really mean it. Every single exercise, set, rep, load and etc. related to your program will be monitored by a training software which is super easy to use.

Your coach will show you how to quickly set it up and use it right away in your first virtual call.

3) You can get a gym membership in your neighborhood which allows for greater training variations. Your coach will guide you what to do during the initial consultation

No. Your training plan will be on our training app which you can take with you anywhere. The app has detailed exercise videos from multiple angles and you can easily track your performance every session using this app.

Yes you can. Regardless of your level, your coach will only design a program based on your capabilities. So as a beginner, you will be given beginner friendly exercises and methods to ensure your safe and continuous progress.
