I’m glad that I chose the Playground and met Shermaine as my PT when I first started my fitness journey. I believe in professional help and need full attention from the trainer. Shermaine is very helpful and  attentive. She taught me all the basics and foundation in fitness. I’m grateful for that. I love strength training.  It might be hard in the beginning but keep doing it until it becomes a habit. Consistency is the key.
I first started the journey for physical reasons. I want to lose weight. I want to look good. But it’s the mentality transformation and the lifestyle changes that really make me feel good about myself. Do the right things, others will follow.  I love myself for making an effort. It’s the effort that really matters in any aspect of life. After all, it comes down to one simple thing: how much do you want it?
