I started training with Dan a year and a half ago because I wanted to gain a stronger foundation for myself in fitness. Under his attentive guidance, I’ve seen an immense improvement in my strength, technique and overall body awareness.
Through our sessions I’ve also gained a new found confidence in my abilities and learnt to trust that even if I don’t get something right away, it’s something I can work on to improve and achieve with time and dedication.
Dan is incredibly supportive and committed to all of his clients’ progress, always going the extra mile, both in and out of the gym. He is constantly challenging us to reach our full potential and even if that means more split squats and slower isometrics, his fun, exuberant character always makes every session something to look forward to.
