The Squat Workshop is for individuals who are looking to:



  • Effectively train for strength and muscle.

  • Build athletic looking glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps.

  • Master the proper ways to train in order to prevent injuries

  • Burn massive amount of calories during and after training.

  • Get rid of cellulite

  • Enjoy better posture by building up healthy bones and joints

  • Build core strength to help maximize performance in training and life


What you will be learning ;



1. Efficienct execution of Low Bar & High Bar Back Squat & Front Squat



2. Find the right type of set up, stance and depth for your body type 



3. How to assess the squat movement pattern, detect movement faults and how to fix them



4. Busting Squat myths such as butt wink, knees should’t pass the toes and etc. 



5. Pelvic alignment, feet stability and abdominal bracing for a rocking squat 




1 – HOUR STRENGTH WORKOUT


The squat workshop will not be complete without a 1-hour strength workout at the end! So make sure participants who would like to take part come with proper sports gear. (Barefoot not allowed)
