Pull Up Workshop For Women
Has Pull Up always been something that you wish you would finally be able to do one day?
Have you been struggling to get your very first Pull Up regardless how hard you had tried and how many different approaches you had tested?
Have you been afraid of doing the wrong thing which can potentially lead to irreversible injuries?
Been to a Pull Up Workshop before but there was nothing to keep you on track afterwards hence no Pull Up has been achieved since?

This 3 hour workshop will be led by Strength Coach Nick Hedayatpour and Perli Pan who have helped numerous dedicated trainees to achieve their 1st ever Pull Up.
There will also be a Super Bonus feature of “8 – Week Pull Up Specialization Program ” with unlimited support and guidance from workshop leaders Nick and Perli across the period of 8 Weeks.
The following are the workshop objectives:
– Master the proper execution of various types of Pull Up
– Learn the most time-efficient and effective training methods to increase Pull Up performance
– Learn special exercises that have direct and indirect transfer to Pull Up performance
Eligibility to attend:
Female only (all age welcome)
Not having excess amount of body fat.
(For female 16-20% body fat is acceptable (most accurate measurement tool would be DEXA scan)
